Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of ITA’s digital engagement strategy.
- Develop and implement a content strategy and information architecture.
- Perform content audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills:
- 7–10 years of experience in digital strategy, content architecture, or UX.
- Proven experience leading website transformation projects.
- Strong background in user research and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with federal agencies.
- Experience using analytics tools.
- Understanding of Section 508 compliance.
