Senior Verpackungsplaner Pharma

You will be responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring packaging orders, taking into account capacities, material availability and delivery dates. You will coordinate all interfaces between production, logistics, purchasing, quality control and quality assurance. You will ensure that all packaging materials (e.g. folding boxes, labels, blisters) are available on time and in the correct version. You will actively work on optimizing packaging processes and material flows to increase efficiency and adherence to schedules. You will ensure that all packaging activities are carried out in compliance with GMP and GDP standards. You will support audits and customer audits in the area of packaging and supply chain.

You have a degree in pharmaceutical technology, packaging technology, industrial engineering, logistics or a comparable qualification; You have at least 3 years of professional experience in packaging planning or production control in a GxP-regulated environment - ideally with a pharmaceutical service provider or manufacturer. You are familiar with GMP and GDP requirements and have a good understanding of quality systems. You are confident in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP PP/MM) and Excel, and ideally also planning tools or MES systems. You have strong analytical skills, plan proactively and enjoy structuring complex processes. You have a business fluent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
