Job Description

This role involves many responsibilities including: Evaluating, analyzing, and maintaining ECRM systems; serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders; defining project scope, objectives, and feasibility; as well as modifying and configuring CRM systems to align with business needs and stakeholder requirements.

The requirements and qualifications are:

Showing strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform; demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders; having business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
