Responsibilities and Ownership:

  • Build and own the full demand generation strategy, starting from pipeline targets and backing out required audiences, channels, and conversion rates.
  • Make decisive choices on which campaigns to run, who to target, and when, while owning the outcomes and pipeline results.

Execution and Measurement:

  • Execute programs with precision, segmenting audiences and personalizing messages to drive buyers toward sales readiness.
  • Run paid media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for outcomes, not just impressions.
  • Measure performance using HubSpot and analytics dashboards, using AI tools to analyze data and report clearly on what worked and what changed.
