Looking for a Level 3 IT Support Technician to join our fast-growing team. This is a senior technical position where you’ll handle complex escalations, drive system improvements, and contribute to project delivery. You’ll also mentor junior team members and play a key role in shaping how we deliver top-tier support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities include resolving advanced tickets, providing expert support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint, deploying and managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure, and configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and advanced networking setups. The role involves utilizing automation tools, supporting phone systems, and improving documentation.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in an MSP or similar Level 2/3 support role, strong technical skills in Microsoft Cloud technologies , networking, and server administration, excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
