Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and business goals by leading with accountability and a patient-centered approach.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, field observations, and strategic feedback.
- Accurately track performance using KPIs and optimize resources to refine commercial strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with 5-10 years in sales and 3+ years of field leadership.
- Proven launch excellence and data-driven business planning in specialized therapeutic areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $190,000-$240,000 annually, plus competitive 401(k) match.
