Job Description

Data Analysis and Reporting: Creating and modifying reports within reporting systems. Providing technical support by developing and maintaining user-level databases. Validating data for problem identification and significance across multiple reports and data sources.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with CranialTech management to identify and coordinate data pulls. Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensuring confidentiality of patient information adhering to HIPAA compliance.

System Design and Maintenance: Assisting in the design, creation, testing, implementation, and maintenance of processes/systems. Overseeing and carrying out analyses. Troubleshooting technical issues.
