Process Safety Program Leader

This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a new process safety program for our global operations (principally in North America and Asia-Pacific). This role will provide expert-level leadership and direction to individuals and groups responsible for executing process safety elements. Responsibilities include developing and refining the process safety framework and overseeing governance of the process safety program and compliance with industry standards. Further responsibilities include establishing and monitoring critical KPIs, overseeing execution of audits, leading investigations of complex incidents, analyzing process safety incidents for trends, collaborating with engineering teams, facilitating Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), developing and delivering enhanced PSM training programs, and serving as company expert representative. Must be a “change agent” to reform the status quo.
