Financial Valuation Senior Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting a high-volume, industry-leading sell-side advisory firm known for delivering exceptional results in complex M&A transactions. Responsible for driving financial modeling, valuation analyses, and Quality of Earnings (QoE) assessments across a diverse portfolio of transactions. Applies deep analytical expertise and business acumen to support deal execution and strategic decision-making. Maintains a high level of organization and attention to detail, leveraging prior experience in corporate finance or investment banking to contribute to the success of the advisory team. Key responsibilities of the role includes leading the creation and ownership of advanced financial valuation models supporting multi-million-dollar transactions, incorporating detailed revenue/expense analysis, EBITDA adjustments and scenario planning. The analyst will analyze financial documents including P&Ls, payroll data, balance sheets and revenue reports to ensure completeness and accuracy, substantiating financial transactions by reviewing documents, and collaborating with external QoE teams, prospective buyers (DSOs), investment banks, and private equity firms.
