SEO Manager

Monarch is looking for an SEO Manager to lead organic content strategy and support business goals. You will track and report on business and diagnostic KPIs and expand organic reach beyond traditional search by optimizing content for discovery engines like ChatGPT and other AI assistants. The role requires 3-5+ years of web content creation, on-page SEO knowledge, and proficiency with tools like Ahrefs and SEMRush.
