The role supports disseminating information and managing knowledge within the organization. Key responsibilities include editing documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy, creating visual aids, maintaining SharePoint sites, ensuring content is organized and up-to-date, contributing to knowledge management initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and collaborating with subject matter experts. Required skills include 3+ years of experience in communications, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong editing and grammar skills, knowledge of computer graphics software, familiarity with digital photography principles, and experience with SharePoint administration.
