What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of engineering experience as a security engineer or in security-adjacent roles.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC, HIPAA, and/or HITRUST.
- 4+ years working with AWS services and compliance governance tools.
What you'll do:
- Develop playbooks for security tasks in AWS serverless environments.
- Drive improvements across application security, endpoint security, and access management.
- Collaborate with product teams on secure design and CI/CD pipelines.
How we build:
- Use AWS exclusively with serverless technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
- Define infrastructure as code using CDK (TypeScript).
- Prefer AWS products over third-party solutions for simpler vendor management.

- Proficient in TypeScript and able to context switch as priorities shift.
- High bandwidth with thoughtful attention to many areas simultaneously.
