Job Description

Intern will be responsible for data tracking and reporting by maintaining and updating analytics reports, tracking new releases, playlisting, and audience insights. They will use mtheory templates to create social/digital audits, fan finders, plus song / EP / album reports and support internal reporting needs by pulling relevant data and insights. Tasks also include social media & content creation by assisting in creating and scheduling engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with EA voice and initiatives. They will support in the creation of graphics and captions to promote artist initiatives and industry updates. Creating and managing newsletters via Mailchimp, including drafting content, formatting, and tracking engagement metrics and monitoring social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement. Interns will also collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and refine marketing strategies. They will stay up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and assist with additional administrative or project-based tasks as needed.
