About the Role:
- This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy.
- You will be a leveraged analytics resource, working across Operations, Finance, Clinical Quality, and Business Development.
- Ideal for someone excited to build data infrastructure and solve ambiguous problems.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain core analytics and data infrastructure, building BI tables and dashboards.
- Drive operational insights by optimizing appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization.
- Support strategic growth initiatives by building models for market expansion and partnership decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, or finance.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools, and ideally Python or R.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
