Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up hotels on Bookassist’s systems and training hotels in the use of Bookassist systems.
- Answering general support queries from hotel clients over phone and email.
- Providing support for hotels using Bookassist Booking Platform, CMS, GDS, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, Italian.
- 1+ year working within a relevant hotel-based or customer-facing environment.
