Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting up hotels on Bookassist’s systems and training hotels in the use of Bookassist systems.
  • Answering general support queries from hotel clients over phone and email.
  • Providing support for hotels using Bookassist Booking Platform, CMS, GDS, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, Italian.
  • 1+ year working within a relevant hotel-based or customer-facing environment.
