Reporting to the Head of Talent & Culture, this role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and adoption of core talent practices, including performance, promotions, and succession. You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, partnering cross-functionally to identify needs, build scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. From process design to training delivery, you’ll use facilitation, communication, and change management to drive understanding and impact at scale.
