Job Description
Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Design, implement, and maintain automated processes to drive operational efficiency. Develop and deploy scalable tools and solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reporting outputs. Provide clear communication and effective stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, process automation, or related fields. Proven experience with process automation and solution development is important. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools. Advanced computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
