Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director in the South Central region with Global Lending Services, you are responsible for increasing sales in the designated region (including MO, TN, and KY) through the development, support, and coaching of our Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents to position the organization as a leading supplier of high-quality auto financing.

You will establish key business initiatives with measurable goals and milestones that support the overall region and company strategy. Responsibilities include making new dealer visits and cold calls, recruiting and training new Area Sales Managers, establishing goals, and communicating expectations. The role also involves maintaining electronic records, fostering a collaborative culture, participating in special projects, and performing additional assignments as required. This position requires extensive travel, approximately 75% of the time.
