Director of Security Architecture

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Director of Security Architecture to join its Information Security Office (ISO). The Director of Security Architecture will lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture initiatives. This role will report directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and will be responsible for shaping the future of FNF’s security posture across cloud, application, and infrastructure domains. The Director will lead the Security Architecture teams in designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments. This includes defining and maintaining enterprise security architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The role involves driving the advancement of our Zero-Trust Security Architecture across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on Privileged Access Management (PAM). The Director will integrate security into digital transformation initiatives, oversee the development and implementation of secure design principles, drive the adoption of secure DevOps practices, evaluate emerging technologies, provide strategic guidance on cloud security architecture, and ensure third-party solutions meet FNF’s security standards. Mentoring and developing a high-performing team and representing the security architecture function in governance forums are also key responsibilities.
