Job Description

Samsara is seeking an IT Manager to scale IT Services Management for over 4,500 employees. This role involves coaching the IT team, managing operations, contracts, vendor relationships, developing systems, managing projects, and building processes to enhance customer experiences. The candidate will own IT Systems, optimize core tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, Zendesk, and Slack, and lead technical support to improve the employee support experience. Key responsibilities include team management, executive communication, managing business partner satisfaction, overseeing IT Service Levels, and partnering with Security and Compliance to protect information assets. Also lead innovation & automation projects. Must have 6+ years in IT services, IT program management, technical support, or systems role. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential.
