Job Description
Our team is seeking a Medical Provider [NP, PA] to provide whole-person care to people struggling with addiction. This includes treatment of substance use disorders in our opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) programs, providing medication-assisted treatment in collaboration with our behavioral health team. Through our Responsive Care services, you will provide comprehensive medical and mental health services to our members, similar in scope to urgent and primary care services. We are a growing organization looking for people to grow with us. Your work is essential to the members and your constant feedback will be expected to help them have the best outcome possible. You will work side by side with our licensed substance use and mental health counselors, helping our members find their way through their individualized recovery journey.
