Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s employer brand across digital and social platforms.
  • Create compelling content showcasing company culture, employee stories, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent employer brand messaging across all recruitment materials and channels.

Digital & Social Media Management:

  • Manage recruitment-focused social media channels and content calendars.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics such as source effectiveness.
  • Application conversion rates, campaign performance, cost-per-applicant, and candidate engagement.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership and Talent Acquisition teams.
