Job Description
As an Industrial Engineer - AI Trainer, you will act as a subject matter expert, providing insights on systems optimization, process mapping, and logistics for AI training purposes. You will design develop and evaluate integrated systems to streamline industrial production processes. You will collaborate with AI teams to translate real-world manufacturing scenarios into actionable datasets and training content. As well as assess and refine AI outputs to ensure alignment with best practices in quality control, inventory management, and production coordination. You will also model and document complex workflows, identifying inefficiency points and proposing solutions for process improvement. You will be supporting the interpretation of cost analysis, human work factors, and material flow for AI learning modules and contribute to continual improvement of AI capabilities within industrial production contexts.
