Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help shape the future of our underwriting products in the healthcare or care management space by turning complex data into real value for our customers. You will work closely with a talented and supportive team to research user needs, prototype new ideas, build production models, and deliver intelligent solutions at scale. Design, develop, and implement predictive models for underwriting and patient care management, utilizing machine learning and deep learning techniques. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform underwriting decisions and enhance patient care strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, software engineering, actuarial consulting, clinical, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
