Sr. Financial Manager GTM Finance

We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and collaborative Sr. Financial Manager GTM Finance team. In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated finance partner to North America Sales. You’ll help drive financial rigor, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure we’re investing resources where they matter most. This role will lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support, while helping leaders across these teams understand performance and manage expenses effectively.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted FP&A partner to the North America Sales organization, lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx), develop and maintain models to assess sales productivity and GTM efficiency, provide financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive resource allocation, collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, margin drivers, and increase cost efficiency, build flexible financial models to support ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning, and communicate complex financial information in clear, actionable ways to business partners.
