Senior Social Media Manager

Seeking a highly creative and dynamic Senior Social Media Manager to lead and transform our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit. This role blends strategic leadership and hands-on creative execution: you will serve as both a creative strategist and a producer, able to generate excellent social media content that resonates. Your mission is to grow vibrant communities, create viral content, and authentically represent our brand in ways that resonate with people of all ages who care about mental fitness You will establish and own the social media function end-to-end, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with a talented team. With significant autonomy, you’ll shape strategy, act as a creative quality check across channels, and rapidly create and iterate engaging content across channels.
