Functional Chief for Clinical Counselors

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for a Functional Chief for Clinical Counseling to provide leadership, management, and guidance for clinical counseling services for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). The Functional Chief is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinical counseling program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to FFSP patients. They will play an important role in developing and implementing effective strategies to support the mental well-being of clients and improve overall program effectiveness. Key responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive clinical counseling program, supervising clinical staff, contributing to program budgeting, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring program outcomes, implementing quality assurance measures, developing partnerships, staying updated with mental health trends, providing leadership to staff, preparing reports, participating in quality assurance procedures, and ensuring proper documentation in the FFSMIS system.
