Job Description

Accountabilities:

-Engage with customers via phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes.

-Build rapport and trust by asking thoughtful questions, understanding member needs, and providing accurate solutions to reduce transfers and escalations.

-Process insurance transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar); call center experience is a plus.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.

-Ability to multitask across multiple applications while maintaining focus and accuracy.
