Senior IT Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale IT operations across a dynamic, hybrid work environment. You will manage a small, high-performing IT team while ensuring seamless support, system reliability, and security across multiple platforms. The position requires hands-on involvement in IT service management, automation, and process optimization, with direct collaboration across operational, clinical, and technical teams. You will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational growth by implementing IT tools, workflows, and infrastructure for new locations.

As Senior IT Manager, you would lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and professional growth. You would oversee day-to-day IT operations across hybrid environments (Mac, Windows, Chromebook), ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to SLAs. In this role, you would be the primary internal IT point of contact, building strong relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams and partner with Information Security to operationalize policies, compliance initiatives, and security best practices.

The Senior IT Manager would also support IT setup and scaling for new office or clinical site openings, including equipment, networking, and cross-functional coordination. To ensure service is always delivered, this role requires being able to troubleshoot, backfill technical tasks, and lead strategic IT initiatives simultaneously.
