Job Description
The Data Platform team is responsible for maintaining and evolving the Data Platform used by Neon for the creation of processes, analyses to support decisions, exploration and experimentation of opportunities and visibility of results and business performance. Our platform offers tools for each area of the company to manage their own data autonomously. This allows efficient and secure sharing of information between areas, promoting a collaborative and data-driven culture.
You will design, build and maintain scalable, efficient and stable data pipelines; develop and optimize service and data architectures, ensuring quality and governance; collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business teams to understand needs and translate them into opportunities for improvements in our Data Platform; ensure the scalability, stability and observability of the data platform; participate in discussions and decisions about platform features, data architecture and team best practices and act on any incidents to ensure the return to normal operation as quickly as possible, as well as the consecutive steps of post mortem and mitigation of root causes of problems.
