This role will be critical in transforming complex raw data into strategic insights that drive business decisions, focusing on flexible architectural design, best practices, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, strong programming skills in Python, and extensive experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and advanced BI platforms like ThoughtSpot. As a Staff Analytics Engineer, you will bridge the gap between data engineering, analytics, and business strategy, ensuring our data assets are not only well-structured and accessible but also optimized for complex analytical needs and future growth.
