Senior Consultant - Data & AI Services

The Data & AI Senior Consultant will partner with team members, mentor them, and directly enable the growth of the Data & AI Services team. This role involves leading project implementations, driving innovation, upskilling junior teammates, and partnering with leadership to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering sessions, designing and implementing dimensional models, building and maintaining complex data integration pipelines, and designing and building Power BI Reports, Dashboards, and Apps.

The Senior Consultant is expected to present solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and mentor junior resources. They will lead working sessions with clients, troubleshoot BI solutions, design Azure DevOps backlogs, and oversee project teams and source code. Obtaining professional certifications and driving new revenue through successful delivery and client relationships are also key aspects of this role. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, Analysis Services, DAX, and Power BI, with a high-level understanding of Azure cloud data platforms.
