Job Overview:

  • Support a critical health plan contract transition by ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication with members.
  • Enhance overall member experience and education by integrating email services and developing communication strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop executive summaries and a strategic communications plan for internal and external partners.
  • Design and develop new member-facing materials and implement feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication activities and perform technical edits with QA and 508 compliance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field such as digital marketing, communications, or public affairs.
  • At least three years of professional experience in strategic communication, marketing, writing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat for 508 compliance, along with excellent written and verbal skills.
