Processing Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assign processing work to individuals.
• Respond to inquiries from processors.
• Conduct QA on Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) processes.

Tasks:

• Maintain and improve HITL accuracy metrics.
• Collaborate with the Processing Team.
• Identify operational inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Strong communicator who can work seamlessly with technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable executing processes end-to-end and making data-driven recommendations.
