About the role:
- Deliver fully remote, video-based comprehensive clinical care including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
- Work 3x12-hour shifts per week, including weekends and one weekday.
- Manage a dedicated patient panel and use population health initiatives to improve outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine with active licensure in specified states or IMLC.
- 3+ years post-residency experience and 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting.
- Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR, plus ability to handle 3+ cases per hour.
