Manager/Sr. Manager of New Shop Openings

This role is responsible for conducting all onsite training for new Drybar shops with potential to support Elements Massage. This role supports franchisees and their teams during the critical time of 120 days prior to opening through the completion of the onsite training and a minimum of 90 days post-opening. It is expected that this position will work independently during the on-site training but will collaborate with both Development and the Operations departments to ensure the onsite training process runs smoothly prior to arriving on site. Post completion of onsite training, this position is responsible for providing the Director of Operations with plans for training, follow-through, and potential for improvement in processes. Responsibilities include organizing and executing new shop pre-launch and on-site grand opening training, implementing new shop opening processes, and facilitating all onsite training preparing the new shop for successful operation by the franchisee, manager, and staff. This position requires extensive travel, in-person training across operational topics, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure profitability. The role involves designing, testing, and refining post-training follow-up processes and completing other tasks as assigned.
