Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Social Media to elevate KTO’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, with a strong emphasis on user acquisition and brand alignment. This role is central to integrating social media efforts with our broader marketing goals and driving growth through content that supports key initiatives such as Liga do Milhão and KTO Cassino School, as well as local brand activations. Key responsibilities include strategic development, content leadership, channel management, project integration, collaboration, media partnerships, and regional activation support. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally in sports, entertainment, or gaming, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles and excellent project management skills.
