Internal Communications Specialist

The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating and distributing timely, relevant, engaging communications to our employees globally, as well as helping to scale the internal communications function for our rapidly growing company. The IC Specialist will write, edit, and distribute internal content in various formats across multiple channels, including intranet articles, emails, videos, Viva Engage, and the company newsletter. Partner with stakeholders to scope and deliver recurring and ad hoc communications, advising on strategy, tactics, and creative direction. The specialist will also serve as a voice for employees.
