Client Relationship & Sales:
- Establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals and event goals.
- Consistently deliver memorable shopping experiences to all clients; plan client appointments to maximize results.
- Maximize every appointment with a client to address their Beauty/Skincare needs and those of the client's network.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Coach Business Managers and Advisors to key performance drivers and expected behaviors.
- Effectively managing through performance issues.
- Developing succession plan for your team’s roles and identify top talent for future opportunities.
Beauty Expertise & Business Growth:
- Build beauty expert technical and product knowledge through SFA provided educational platforms.
- Facilitate ongoing engaging and interactive intersell trainings.
- Liaison with the brands to drive big bet moments through education.
