Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Campaign Support:

• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and project tracking to keep work on schedule.
• Support logistics for internal and external photoshoots, including scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Draft and distribute marketing communications and memos for promotions and updates.

Local Retail Marketing:

• Provide coordination for consumer tests, store events, and new store opening marketing activities.
• Maintain timelines and track deliverables for new store openings, escalating risks as needed.
• Coordinate retail marketing assets and collateral with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Social Media Marketing Support:

• Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, and asset management.
• Compile and track social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign and social media activity for accuracy and escalate issues.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
