Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue by representing Sourcewell's enterprise solutions. This position is directly responsible for reaching profit and margin goals by developing strong relationships with key and targeted agency accounts and serving as a trusted advisor. This position will be actively involved in the management, retention, and growth of assigned agency accounts. The Account Executive will occasionally represent Government Accounts at internal meetings.

Essential duties include developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve P&L goals for assigned accounts, conducting research on market trends, competitor activities, and participants' unique needs. The Account Executive will also manage interactions with participating agencies and deliver persuasive presentations to Sourcewell's participating agencies that showcase the value proposition of our products or services.

Other duties include managing relationships with industry consultants, associations, and publications, and occasionally representing the Government Accounts team at internal meetings.
