Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless processes, accurate data management, and the tracking of key metrics. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in scheduling and coordinating recruitment activities, managing HR systems, overseeing calendars, and contributing to various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Support includes coordinating calls and interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The role also maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Will also track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs. HR Systems and Data Management includes updating and managing user data across HR systems, including TalentLMS (Training), Webwork (Time-Tracking), and Lattice (Performance Management). They ensure the organizational chart is accurate and up-to-date. Other responsibilities are Calendar Management and HR Communication. Lead the Case Management project, from testing to successful implementation. Manage HR cases through the case management system, ensuring timely resolution and employee satisfaction.
