Lead Retail Strategy:
- Develop and execute Oura’s long-range retail brand and channel growth strategy across the Americas.
- Drive retail marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and sell-through across regional retail partners.
- Accountable for market expansion and partner category innovation.
Manage Retail Partnerships:
- Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for new retailer launches and product introductions within the Americas region.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers.
- Collaborate with retailer marketing and merchandising teams to secure co-marketing opportunities and drive category growth.
Ensure Retail Excellence:
- Lead fixture and in-store display programs for all regional retail partners, ensuring consistency and premium brand presentation.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of retail assets, POP materials, and in-store activations across diverse retail environments.
- Drive integration across retail media networks, retailer online channels, and in-store activations for seamless shopping journeys.
