Senior Activity Designer

As a Senior Activity Designer, you are responsible for the planning, development and execution of Destiny’s core activities & pursuits. Working as part of a highly collaborative group, you will interact with a diverse set of teams to own and craft compelling PvE and reward experiences for the game’s annual and seasonal releases. You will help in driving a process and culture that relies on providing and receiving feedback to shepherd content through all phases of production. You will also design, build, and maintain PvE encounters, activities, and pursuit content to achieve creative vision and deliverable goals. As well as plan and implement pursuit content, supporting multiple content areas and uses. You will collaborate with and learn from economy designers to determine and implement reward points for your content. You will champion the design vision for your content, and drive iteration based on reactions from studio leadership, project leads, and playtests.
