The role involves:

  • Developing and positioning industry and product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
  • Supporting product sales as the technical, industry, and domain expert.
  • Leading discovery workshops to determine customer challenges.
  • Focusing on:
  • Building client partner relationships and guiding strategic programs in top accounts.
  • Providing feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap.
  • Staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Additional responsibilities:
  • Share best practices with other Solution Consultants.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  • Travel as necessary.
