The role involves:
- Developing and positioning industry and product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
- Supporting product sales as the technical, industry, and domain expert.
- Leading discovery workshops to determine customer challenges.
- Focusing on:
- Building client partner relationships and guiding strategic programs in top accounts.
- Providing feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap.
- Staying current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Additional responsibilities:
- Share best practices with other Solution Consultants.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
- Travel as necessary.
