Job Purpose:
- Build relationships and understand client needs.
- Deliver high-touch service to save time and reduce travel costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistently high-level service tailored to individual requirements.
- Demonstrate understanding of account processes and policies.
- Work with Global Travel Manager on policy escalations.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with pre-trip approval systems and GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus).
- Knowledge of US Domestic and European rail providers.
