Senior Technical Sales Consultant - Claims

Collaborates with the sales executive on opportunity strategy and approach. Partners with client business and technical teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements. Serves as a subject matter expert in assigned market. Engages in business consulting activities and conducts detailed prospect discussions. Designs and configures solutions to address customer’s business requirements. Stages scenarios and creates demo data as needed. Presents customized demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Delivers business-oriented presentations including board level. Documents customer requirements and known product gaps to facilitate the handoff to service. Works with product and services to identify and address product and configuration needs. Leads and supports prospect POCs. Leads the benefits assessment process and developing customized ROI/ROR analysis. Assists marketing with support for events, PR, seminars, analyst demos, and campaigns.
