Job Description

As a Benefits Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our union members receive the best possible benefits packages. You will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns. Responsibilities include assisting members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes, explaining benefits options and providing guidance to help members make informed decisions, conducting benefits meetings for new members, troubleshooting and resolving benefits-related issues, acting as a liaison between members and our main office, and participating in open enrollment processes.
