Job Description
Build and scale our indirect revenue engine. This person will manage strategic reseller relationships, association partnerships, and bespoke industry collaborations that drive both top-of-funnel growth and predictable, forecastable revenue through indirect channels. Serve as the connective tissue between our internal sales and marketing teams and our external channel ecosystem — helping partners understand, position, and sell rePurpose Global’s compliance and recovery solutions.
Manage and expand relationships with packaging suppliers, converters, and manufacturers serving as resellers of rePurpose Global solutions. Co-design revenue-sharing models, lead registration processes, and enablement frameworks that ensure attribution, accountability, and growth. Develop joint go-to-market plans with each partner, setting quarterly revenue targets and reporting forecasts in collaboration with Sales Ops. Identify and onboard new industry partners to amplify awareness and education around EPR and packaging compliance.
