Job Description
The Systems Engineer designs and implements complex systems in Corporate, Operational Technology, and customer environments. They ensure integration, provide support, and troubleshoot issues while working with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability. This role involves handling internal and external project-based work, focusing on cybersecurity, process improvements, automation, and operational projects. As an escalation point for the service desk team, you will conduct project scoping and risk assessments. The position requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cognitive thinking skills, with the ability to assess risks, work independently or collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
